The room with two single beds and a private hot spring was a true highlight, offering privacy and relaxation. I appreciated the free coffee available during our stay, adding a nice touch to our mornings. The location is perfect, a brief walk from the town center allows for easy exploration.

The rotenburo area felt a bit sterile and could benefit from more character!!! Closing it at 9:00 PM limits access during peak times. A lack of elevators means lugging suitcases up stairs, which is a hassle!!!

This hotel delivers a wonderful traditional experience. The pleasant stay in a Japanese-Style room with futon left a lasting impression. I enjoyed the superb meals, with breakfast and dinner showcasing local cuisine that was both authentic and delicious. The warmth of the staff during our stay enhanced our experience, especially when they guided us through the customs, ensuring we felt comfortable. However, climbing stairs without an elevator was a challenge, especially with luggage. The room's futon felt thinner than what I’m accustomed to, which affected my sleep somewhat. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the town center and natural hot springs, making it convenient for exploring. There's free coffee available, but being able to take it to go would improve the overall service experience.

Staying in a corner futon room was a delightful experience! The serene ambiance paired with convenient access to private onsens made our relaxation perfect. Breakfast offered fresh local dishes, a highlight of our stay. Be sure to book private onsens early for the best times!

The hotel location is great , just a 10-minute walk to the Yubatake and near Saino Kawara Koen. Breakfast was the best I've had , served with local dishes and a beautiful presentation. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive.
